📦 Order Fulfillment Schedule

We strive for same-day processing and dispatch for most orders.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM GST (Monday–Friday): Shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM GST (Monday–Thursday): Shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM GST on Friday, on weekends, or UAE public holidays: Shipped the next working day.

Note: Some products may require additional processing time. Clients will be notified in such cases.

🚚 Shipping Carriers

We use reliable shipping partners including:

  • UPS

  • Max Courier

  • DHL

  • Emirates Post

  • Other trusted freight carriers as required.

We may choose an alternative shipping method if it ensures equal or faster delivery. For example, if a client located near our warehouse selects 2-day shipping, we may use ground shipping if it delivers in the same timeframe.

🧾 Using Your Own Shipping Account

Clients wishing to use their own shipping accounts can:

  • Mention their account number and preferred carrier in the checkout comment section, or

  • Contact our sales team at 800-886-5369 prior to placing the order.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • We offer flat-rate shipping for domestic UAE orders placed through our website.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Heavier-than-normal shipments

    • Bulk or multi-item orders

In such cases, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm and negotiate the revised shipping cost.

Note: Some orders may ship from different warehouses. Delivery times may vary accordingly.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside UAE)

For international orders:

  • Please call us at +971 56 688 4506 before placing an order for a shipping quote.

  • Clients may also provide their own shipping account number and preferred carrier.

  • Export restrictions may apply, and certain orders may require a UAE-based address for fulfillment.

⏱ Late Deliveries

If your shipment arrives later than expected:

  • Notify us at +971 56 688 4506 within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a review.

  • Shipping refunds (if applicable) are reviewed and approved case-by-case, as various external factors can cause delays.

💻 Electronic Delivery

Some products (e.g., software activation codes, license keys) are delivered electronically via email.

  • Most electronic orders are processed within 5 hours of purchase.

  • In some cases, electronic delivery can take up to 1–3 business days, depending on manufacturer processing time.

  • If needed urgently, we encourage you to contact us in advance for more accurate timelines.
