By placing an order with Promise Computer Technology LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions. For full terms, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
This Return Policy applies only to eligible products (see exclusions below) purchased directly from Promise Computer Technology LLC or through our official website. For purchases made through our internal sales team, please contact your assigned representative directly for return approval and assistance.
🔁 General Return Guidelines

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You may obtain an RMA number by emailing sales@promisestores.com, contacting your sales representative, or filling out the RMA request form on our website. -
All returns must include the following:

A valid and approved RMA number.

The product must be returned in unused, unopened condition and in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Returns must be shipped within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be shipped within 7 business days of RMA approval.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

If the product has been opened, used, or activated (including licenses or digital products).

If the product is damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging or accessories.

If the product return is initiated after 7 business days of RMA approval.

For software, digital licenses, and consumables, unless defective and unopened.

Any item marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
📌 Additional Return Terms

Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method or credited to your Promise account wallet.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including any expedited shipping costs.

For warranty claims beyond the return window, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly in accordance with their warranty terms.
